Access Standards

The Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) created regulations designed to improve timely access to care. These regulations are imposed upon the health plans. Unilogic strives to provide timely access for its patients and supports the health plans in meeting these requirements.

Access Standars​

In order to comply with Health Plan and CMS regulations all physicians must complete the annual compliance trainings. A signed Annual Training Attestation must be signed and faxed to 657-298-1871

Provider Portal Login Request

Providers and their Office Staff who have not been assigned a login, or are unable to access the Portal, may request a username and password from Unilogic’s Provider Relations Department.
